“谷の音”に込めた想い
不動産業を営む友人に紹介された一軒の古民家。そこは、相模湾越しに富士山を望む絶景スポット・立石公園の少し南、秋谷の穏やかな風景の中に佇んでいました。
「こんな古民家でカフェをつくってみたい」
そんな私の長年の夢が、ここで現実となります。
美しい砂浜が広がる秋谷の地で、音楽をこよなく愛するオーナーとともに手がけたこの「和カフェ」は、その名を 「谷の音（たにのね）— taninone 」 と名付けました。
秋谷の“谷”と、音楽の“音”。 自然と調和し、人の心に静かに響くような空間でありたいという想いが込められています。
気の置けない友人と、大切な家族と、あるいは愛する人と、
白玉、小豆、寒天の優しい甘みを味わいながら、一年を通して楽しめる抹茶のかき氷の香りに包まれ、日本人が大切にしてきた “古き良きもの” のぬくもりを、ふと感じていただけたら幸いです。

A story behind “Taninone”
An old Japanese-style house, introduced to me by a friend in real estate, stood nestled in the peaceful landscape of Akiya. It was located just south of Tateishi Park, a renowned scenic spot with a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji across Sagami Bay.
This place is where my long-held dream of opening a café in a traditional house is finally coming to life.
Together with a fellow owner who shares a deep love for music, we’ve created a Japanese-style café in this beautiful seaside town of Akiya.
We named it Taninone, which means “Sound of the Valley.” This name combines the “tani” (valley) of Akiya with “ne” (sound), representing our hope to create a space that harmonizes with nature and quietly resonates with people’s hearts.
Here, we hope you’ll feel the warmth of the “good old things” that Japanese people have long cherished, as you enjoy the gentle sweetness of our shiratama, azuki beans, and kanten.
We invite you to surround yourself with the aroma of our year-round matcha shaved ice, whether you’re with close friends, cherished family, or a loved one.
